Position Overview
The Associate Product Manager will support the delivery of new website and mobile web features, along with workflow improvements that enhance how audiences discover, consume, and engage with platform content. This role collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data/Analytics, and Editorial teams to help develop high-quality digital experiences.
Key areas of focus include site navigation, content discovery, search, homepage and subscriber experiences, templates, and performance improvements that improve usability, streamline workflows, and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, Data/Analytics, and Editorial to align on product features and functionality.
Gather, collate, and analyze user feedback to identify product opportunities and improvements.
Assist in gathering product requirements and translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Help prioritize and maintain the product backlog in coordination with product leadership.
Support the development and delivery of new website and mobile web features that improve content discovery and user engagement.
Participate in product testing, collect feedback, and help ensure product quality.
Write, track, and prioritize bug tickets to support ongoing product improvements.
Use analytics and performance metrics to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for optimization.
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role such as Product Management, Project Management, or Scrum Master.
Ability to break down complex problems, define requirements, prioritize tasks, and drive execution.
Familiarity with website development concepts including user journeys, responsive design, and release cycles.
Understanding of subscription lifecycle concepts such as funnel optimization, renewals, cancellations, and churn drivers.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Comfort working with data to inform decisions, including experience with analytics, funnels, conversion metrics, or A/B testing results.
Ability to write clear product documentation including user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate closely with engineering and design teams.
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Figma.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
Experience contributing to digital products on web and/or mobile platforms.
Familiarity with ecosystem integrations across web, mobile apps, and CTV platforms.
Experience working with video-first or media-focused digital experiences is a plus.
