IT SOX Specialist

Our client is a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure hyperscaler that is transforming how the next generation of artificial intelligence is built and deployed.

Following significant investment and continued international expansion, they are looking for an experienced IT SOX Specialist to join the business on a contract basis to help build and mature their IT control environment.

The Opportunity:

Working closely with Finance, Technology and Internal Controls teams, you'll play a key role in designing, implementing and testing IT SOX controls across the organisation. This is not a business with an established playbook - you'll be expected to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems and build scalable control frameworks within a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IT SOX controls across key technology processes.
• Perform IT SOX testing and identify opportunities to strengthen the control environment.
• Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security and Finance teams to embed robust controls.
• Document risks, control activities and remediation plans.
• Support control remediation and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide practical solutions that balance governance with business growth.
• Help develop scalable controls capable of supporting a rapidly expanding global organisation.
