Lead the Future of Digital Identity Compliance
A high-growth technology business operating at the forefront of digital identity, trust and compliance is seeking a Frameworks Manager to take ownership of its regulatory framework portfolio.
This is a unique opportunity to become the subject matter expert for one of the UK's most significant emerging regulatory frameworks, taking full ownership of certification, governance and future framework expansion. Working cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product and Engineering, you'll ensure regulatory requirements are embedded into the business while helping shape its long-term compliance strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the organisation's Digital Verification Services (DVS) Trust Framework certification programme from end to end.
- Lead certification audits, coordinating documentation, evidence gathering and engagement with external certification bodies.
- Maintain ongoing compliance with DVS Trust Framework and DCDQ requirements, assessing regulatory developments and implementing changes where required.
- Act as the key link between Legal & Compliance and technical teams, translating complex regulatory requirements into practical business guidance.
- Lead the organisation's participation across additional government frameworks and public sector data-sharing initiatives.
- Oversee compliance relating to government data access arrangements and wider public sector integrations.
- Maintain compliance across procurement frameworks, ensuring ongoing eligibility and governance.
- Build and continually improve internal governance documentation, controls and knowledge repositories.
- Support commercial teams with framework, certification and regulatory queries from clients and prospective customers.
Experience Required
- Hands-on experience leading or delivering DVS Trust Framework certification or audit programmes.
- Strong knowledge of the UK Digital Verification Services Trust Framework, DCDQ requirements and digital identity regulation.
- Experience working with Identity Proofing and Verification (IPV) standards.
- The ability to interpret regulatory requirements and communicate them clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across legal, compliance, engineering and commercial functions.
- A pragmatic, organised approach with excellent judgement and attention to detail.
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly scaling technology company operating in one of the UK's fastest-evolving regulatory sectors. You'll have genuine ownership of a business-critical function, significant visibility across the organisation, and the chance to shape how digital identity compliance evolves as new government frameworks are introduced.
If you're looking for a role where you can become the recognised expert, influence business strategy and build a best-in-class compliance framework from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
