About the Role
This is an advisory position working directly with senior leadership across the commercial side of the business. You will partner with stakeholders on how the company manages risk in areas such as third party relationships, promotional activity, patient support programs, grants and research funding, and pricing and contracting.
The role sits within a Future Leaders Programme. After two to three years, candidates rotate into a new area of the business (of their choosing), giving early exposure to multiple functions and a defined path toward broader leadership responsibility.
What You Will Do
- Partner with commercial and compliance leadership to assess and manage risk across third party relationships, promotional practices, contracting and pricing, grants and donations, and patient support programs
- Compile and analyse large data sets from systems including SAP, payroll, and internal compliance platforms to identify trends and emerging issues
- Build risk assessments in partnership with peers across the business, covering entities, processes, and critical systems
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders
- Identify and communicate risk and control themes across the organisation
- Support investigations as required
- Work face to face with stakeholders across the business, both domestically and internationally
What You Will Gain
- Direct, regular exposure to senior leadership
- Structured rotation into a new business area after two to three years as part of a Future Leaders track
- Formal training and development support, including opportunities toward professional certifications
- A collaborative team culture that invests in individual development alongside team performance
- The opportunity to travel within and outside of the US, learning about new cultures and ways of doing business as you go to prepare you for future leadership positions.
What We Are Looking For
- At least three years of experience with a major public accounting, consulting, or law firm in a client facing capacity or alternatively in a large multinational
- Broad knowledge of ABAC topics and/or the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CFE are a plus
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel 25 to 30 percent, including internationally
- Comfortable working in office and face to face with stakeholders across the business
