We are looking for an experienced HRIS Transformation Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end procurement and deployment of a new HR system across a complex, multi opco, PE-backed organisation. The organisation has a huge growth agenda and is undergoing significant transformation to centralise the group's operations across its many operating companies, removing duplication, inefficiency and cost, and improving employee service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the programme from initial discovery and HRIS system selection through to implementation, and deployment.
- Support the transition from a decentralised structure to a more consistent and scalable HR operating model.
- Assess the existing HR technology landscape and HR processes
- Lead the selection of a new HR platform
- Appoint and manage the systems implementation partner.
- Manage the implementation of core HR functionality, employee records, payroll, and workforce management
- Work closely with HR, payroll, finance, technology leaders and operational stakeholders across the UK
- Develop and oversee the programme plan, governance, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Build and manage a small delivery team
- Ensure the organisation is ready for implementation through effective communications, training and change readiness activity.
Required experience
- Extensive experience leading true end-to-end HRIS programmes, must include Workday and SuccessFactors
- Proven experience across discovery, procurement, vendor selection, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Significant payroll transformation and implementation experience
- Experience working within complex, multi-entity PE-backed organisations
- Strong understanding of HR operating model transformation and centralisation.
- Proven experience managing systems integrators and third-party implementation partners.
- Ability to confidently stakeholder manage senior executives, programme sponsors, and operational stakeholders.
