Finance Analyst

In this role, you'll support the Finance team in delivering accurate, insightful reporting and analysis across a wide-ranging portfolio of work. You'll play a key part in preparing management accounts, supporting budget holders, and helping drive confident financial decision-making.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing monthly management accounts and insightful commentary

• Supporting budget holders with forecasts, analysis, and advice

• Maintaining strong financial controls and reconciliations

• Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and audit processes

• Helping identify opportunities to improve financial performance and efficiency

What we're looking for

• Experience in management accounting or financial analysis

• Strong analytical and Excel skills

• Clear communication - able to explain financial information to non-finance colleagues

• Part-qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) and ambitious to progress

• A proactive, detail-focused approach and a passion for purpose-driven work
