As a Management Accountant, you'll join a fast-moving, design-led environment where your financial expertise directly informs strategy and growth.

This isn't a traditional back-office role - you'll have a seat at the table in investment discussions, influence financial planning at a senior level, and work within a culture that prizes long-term vision and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee and process bookkeeping across 60 entities, including landlord, letting, head office, and financing structures

• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts

• Reconcile trial balances and ledgers to ensure group-wide accuracy

• Manage VAT returns (monthly/quarterly) and maintain meticulous VAT records

• Contribute to investor reports, including cashflow statements and quarterly management accounts

• Monitor costs vs. budgets to drive operational efficiency

• Maintain asset registers, track depreciation, and deliver asset-based reporting

• Assist with quarterly group reporting by asset and business vertical

• Partner with internal teams to strengthen forecasting and financial planning

• Provide actionable, data-led insights to senior leadership
