Senior Finance Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for high-value programmes.

• Lead on and prepare business cases for major capital and building upgrade projects, and conduct financial modelling and analysis, including Net Present Value (NPV) calculations and other financial KPIs to support project approval and strategic decision-making.

• Build strong relationships with budget holders and senior leaders, acting as a strategic finance advisor.

• The ability to anticipate stakeholder needs.

• Develop robust financial models and provide insightful analysis to support key business decisions.

• Ensure financial governance by leading the delivery of internal audit recommendations.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, systems, and controls.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 8-10 years PQE in senior finance roles.

• Strong background in financial planning & analysis within a large, complex organisation.

• Confident communicator with the gravitas to challenge and support executive-level stakeholders.

• Experienced in managing change and driving improvements in financial processes.

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
