Key Responsibilities

• Lead on annual budgets and rolling forecasts, consolidating across multiple business units
• Deliver timely and accurate monthly management reporting with value-added analysis
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, planning, and scenario analysis
• Provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions
• Conduct competitor and market benchmarking to guide commercial strategy
• Evaluate investment opportunities and projects to assess financial impact
• Partner with business leaders to drive performance and growth

The Ideal Candidate

• ACA qualified (preferable)
• 3 years' experience in management accounting or FP&A
• Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling expertise
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate data into strategic insight
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow with a global business
• Strong communicator, confident building relationships with senior stakeholders
• Power BI or similar data visualisation experience would be an advantage
