Senior Analyst

Altum Consulting are recruiting for a Senior Analyst to join a growing Technology business in Warsaw. This role will be responsible for supporting procurement operations through the accurate and timely creation, maintenance, and management of Purchase Orders (POs) in the NetSuite platform.

The role serves as a key point of coordination between business teams, procurement, and finance to ensure purchase requests are processed efficiently and in compliance with internal policies. The position requires strong attention to detail, system proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.

Role:

• Create, review, and process Purchase Orders in NetSuite based on approved purchase requests.
• Validate request details including vendor information, pricing, quantities, coding, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with procurement policies.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding PO creation, updates, and status tracking.
• Monitor PO approval workflows and follow up with approvers to ensure timely processing.
• Update or modify existing POs as needed (e.g., quantity, pricing, delivery timelines).
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and accounts payable teams to resolve PO-related discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within the NetSuite system.
• Support process improvements and standardization initiatives related to PO desk operations.
• Track and report PO processing metrics such as volume, turnaround time, and pending requests.
• Demonstrate flexibility to support shifting business priorities and the ability to stretch beyond routine tasks when required, while effectively prioritizing workload.

You'll be/have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement operations, purchase order processing, or procure-to-pay (P2P) environments.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, particularly in purchase order creation and procurement modules.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process compliance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, remain flexible in a dynamic environment, and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
