SAP Concur Functional Expert

Location: Warsaw (remote)
Start: ASAP
Contract: to the end of 2026
Rate: €600 per day

We're looking for an SAP Concur Functional Expert to support a global rollout. You'll work alongside an existing Concur specialist, helping support live countries and prepare for upcoming deployments across EMEA and APAC.

What you'll do

Assess requirements for upcoming deployments, comparing global policy with local country needs.
Identify process and policy differences and help translate the current setup into workable future-state processes.
Work with travel and expense operations and other stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
Support day-to-day Concur operations in countries already live, investigating issues and helping resolve workflow bottlenecks.

What you'll bring

Hands-on experience with SAP Concur implementations and workflows.
Strong knowledge of travel and expense processes.
The ability to bridge process requirements and technical delivery.
Confidence engaging stakeholders across different countries and teams.
Experience with Workday is also welcome, but not essential.

The working language is English.
