Junior Private PA

Junior Private PA | Permanent role | £40k-£45k | Full-time onsite in Kentish Town

Our client, a HNWI in the fashion industry, is seeking a Junior Private PA to join their collaborative and energetic team, reporting to and supporting the team's Senior PA.

Working in an agile and ever-changing environment, the role will support the Senior PA with:

• Managing complex diaries, travel arrangements, and personal appointments
• Acting as the first point of contact and gatekeeper for both professional and personal matters
• Handling confidential information with discretion
• Liaising with legal, financial, and tax advisors on behalf of the principal

To be considered for the role you will need:

• Proven experience as a private personal assistant, working with and supporting HNWI's
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Valid driver's licence
