Financial Reporting Manager

The Role

Working within the head office finance function, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting and maintaining a strong controls environment across an international business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ownership of head office accounting, budgeting and forecasting activities
• Coordination of month-end and quarter-end reporting
• Review and consolidation of reporting submissions from international markets
• Supporting reporting requirements to global headquarters
• Ownership of SOX reporting and control processes
• Partnering with auditors, tax teams and senior finance stakeholders
• Delivering insightful variance analysis and management reporting
• Supporting business change, process improvements and ad hoc projects

About You

We're keen to speak with high-calibre finance professionals who enjoy working in dynamic environments and want exposure beyond a traditional reporting role.

You'll likely have:

• ACA or CA qualification
• 3-4 years post-qualified experience
• Experience gained within industry following practice preferrable but candidates straight from practice are also invited to apply
• Strong financial reporting and controls expertise
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving business environment
• Exposure to SOX and US reporting frameworks advantageous but not essential
