Altum Consulting are supporting a global organisation undergoing a broader evolution of its operational delivery and AI-enabled ways of working across a complex environment.

We are looking for a hands-on AI Programme Manager to help shape and deliver a more connected, AI-enabled operating model across business and technology teams. This is not a pure governance or strategy role, the client is looking for someone who has practically delivered enterprise AI initiatives and can bring real-world experience into a fast-evolving environment.

The organisation currently operates across a range of tooling including NetSuite, Jira, Monday.com, Claude and ChatGPT, and is looking to move away from fragmented delivery processes towards a more integrated and scalable operating model.

The successful individual will partner closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to improve delivery maturity, operational visibility and decision-making capability across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of AI-enabled transformation initiatives across business operations and programme delivery

• Help shape and implement a more joined-up AI-enabled operating model

• Improve portfolio visibility, reporting, forecasting and operational decision-making

• Reduce fragmented and heavily manual delivery processes

• Support implementation and optimisation of AI-enabled tooling and workflow platforms

• Partner with leadership teams to drive business adoption and practical use of AI across the organisation

• Build credibility with senior stakeholders across operations, finance and technology functions

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience delivering enterprise AI transformation or AI-enabled delivery programmes

• Experience in Runn or Jama

• Strong programme delivery background within complex corporate environments

• Hands-on experience implementing AI tooling, workflow automation or operational delivery platforms

• Strong understanding of operating model transformation and delivery optimisation

• Experience improving reporting, dashboards, forecasting and portfolio visibility

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to bridge business and technology teams

• Practical and delivery-focused approach rather than purely strategic or governance-led
