Altum Consulting are supporting a PE-backed global organisation in the search for a communications Manager to support a range of strategic initiatives across a complex, international business within a transformation portfolio.

Working closely with the Head of Change, this role will focus on delivering internal communications and engagement activity across multiple workstreams. Responsibilities will include designing and running town halls, crafting stakeholder messaging, and supporting with communications planning for the rollout of key business initiatives across the organisation.

Experience required:
* Strong internal communications copywriting and delivery experience within large or complex organisations
* Experience supporting transformation programmes
Excellent planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work responsively across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
