We are partnering with a growing boutique consultancy specialising in transport infrastructure and aviation that is looking to make multiple hires across its consulting team, from Senior Consultant through to Senior Manager level.
This is an opportunity to work with a small, entrepreneurial consultancy working on complex operational and transformation programmes across the transport sector. The business has a distinctive delivery model, combining experienced industry operators and subject matter experts with consultants, who provide the structure, project leadership and problem-solving around their expertise.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating client projects with aviation and broader transport clients.
- Managing senior stakeholders and client relationships.
- Structuring projects, workshops and meetings.
- Coordinating specialist SMEs and project teams.
- Solving complex and ambiguous business problems.
- Producing polished, executive-level presentations and deliverables.
- Translating technical and operational expertise into clear recommendations.
- Supporting PMO, project and programme delivery.
Projects cover areas including operational readiness, operating model, customer experience and aviation operations, stakeholder engagement and wider transformation.
We are interested in speaking with consultants at different levels of experience who can demonstrate:
- Extensive experience with projects in the aviation/transport industry.
- Strong consulting or consulting-led transformation experience.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Confidence operating directly with clients.
- Strong PowerPoint, visualisation and written communication skills.
- The ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping grow a business.
The team works predominantly remotely, typically coming together around two days per week on client site.
