Credit Controller

Credit Controller | 3-month contract | Immediate Start

Altum Consulting are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a growing travel business for an initial 3-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage credit control processes, including chasing overdue payments via phone and email
• Handle customer queries and resolve payment issues efficiently and professionally
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate customer records
• Proactively collect outstanding funds while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance controls and efficiency
• Support month-end activities and reporting as required

Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years' experience in credit control/accounts receivable
• Strong reconciliation skills and a proactive mindset toward process improvement
• Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar
