Accounts Payable Assistant

Altum Consulting are working with an exciting media business to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant. This role will be based in Central London and will offer hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Accounts Payable Assistant role:

• Processing invoices for multiple entities
• Processing payment runs
• Processing expenses
• Supplier reconciliations and bank reconciliations
• Managing the inbox and dealing with queries
• Supporting ad hoc tasks

For this Accounts Payable Assistant role you\'ll be/have:

• A recent graduate (in a relevant degree like Accounting & Finance)
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel (confident with V-Lookups and pivot tables)
• Excellent communication skills
