This is not a back-office position - you\'ll play an active role in investment meetings, contribute to financial planning at the highest level, and work with a group that values long-term thinking and operational excellence.

Your role at a glance:

• Manage and process day-to-day bookkeeping for 70 entities, covering landlord, letting, head office, and financing structures
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
• Reconcile trial balances and general ledgers to ensure group-wide accuracy
• Assist with VAT returns (monthly/quarterly) and maintain detailed VAT records
• Contribute to investor reports, including cashflow statements and basic quarterly management accounts
• Support the creation of year-end financial accounts, using newly implemented accounting software
• Monitor costs against budgets to improve efficiency across operations
• Maintain detailed asset registers, track depreciation, and prepare asset-based reports
• Assist with quarterly group reporting by asset and business vertical
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen financial forecasting and planning
• Support both accounts payable and receivable functions
• Help refine financial systems, processes, and reporting accuracy
• Provide clear, data-backed insights to senior leadership
