What we're looking for:

• Strong commercial finance / analysis experience (retail or multi-site background desirable)
• Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills

• Confident business partnering skills and ability to present insights clearly
• Formal accounting qualification is not essential - experience and mindset matter most
