Our client, an established and fast-growing international business within the Retail sector, is looking to hire a Pricing Analyst to join its Business Performance & Analytics function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of finance, data, and commercial decision-making.

Operating across Europe with a strong distribution network and integrated supply chain, the business is highly data-driven and continues to invest in its pricing and analytics capabilities to support margin growth and strategic decision-making

The Role

Reporting directly to the Senior Pricing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting pricing operations while also contributing to analytical and strategic initiatives. This is a well-balanced role combining hands-on execution with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day pricing operations, including maintaining customer-specific pricing and handling Sales requests
• Work within pricing systems to ensure accurate pricing structures and conditions
• Analyse pricing and customer data to identify opportunities to improve revenue and margin
• Support pricing strategy and evaluate the commercial impact of pricing decisions
• Build reports and analyse large datasets using Excel and BI tools
• Monitor performance trends and proactively flag risks or opportunities
• Drive process improvements and automation of pricing workflows
• Partner with Sales and other business functions to support decision-making

About You

• 2-4 years experience in Pricing, Finance Analytics, or Business Performance
• Strong Excel skills with experience handling large datasets
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Good commercial acumen
• Comfortable balancing operational tasks with more strategic analysis
• Proactive, curious, and keen to improve processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
