Senior Finance Business Partner (Tech)

Altum Consulting are recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner (Tech) to join an impressive Technology business based in central Amsterdam. This role will help support senior leadership and drive strategic decision-making across the organisation.

This is a highly visible role partnering closely with senior executives, providing financial insight, challenge, and commercial support to enable continued growth.

Role:

The Senior Finance Business Partner (Tech) will act as a strategic advisor to senior technology leaders, helping to shape investment decisions, optimise financial performance, and ensure strong financial planning and analysis across a complex international environment.

You will work closely with the C-suite and senior leadership team, translating financial data into clear insights that support strategic initiatives, product development, and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior technology leadership and C-suite stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning across the technology function.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate investment decisions, product initiatives, and growth opportunities.
• Provide insightful analysis on performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and key drivers.
• Deliver clear and impactful financial reporting to senior leadership.
• Influence business strategy through commercial insight and financial challenge.
• Work across a complex international organisation, collaborating with multiple global stakeholders.
• Support technology investment planning including product development and platform initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes, reporting, and data analytics.

You'll be/have:

• 8 years of experience in Finance, FP&A & Finance Business Partnering roles.
• Proven experience business partnering and influencing at C-suite level.
• Strong track record delivering FP&A in complex international businesses.
• Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel and BI tools).
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear commercial insights.
