Finance Manager

About the Opportunity - 3 month role
A fast scaling tech company is seeking a hands on Finance Manager to support the team during a period of heightened operational activity. This role requires someone who can quickly understand the business model take ownership of core accounting processes and provide immediate stability throughout the reporting cycle. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with the adaptability needed to operate effectively in a tech environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive the month end close process with accuracy and pace ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Prepare review and post a high volume of journals including complex accruals and prepayments.
* Take full ownership of intercompany revenue flows reconciliations and eliminations across multiple entities.
* Deliver accurate and timely actuals and provide meaningful financial insights to the business.
* Partner with finance operations and product teams to explain variances and maintain data integrity.
* Strengthen financial controls improve documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.
* Support ad hoc technical accounting work and operational finance requirements.

Candidate Profile
* Fully qualified accountant ACA ACCA CIMA or equivalent with strong technical grounding.
* Demonstrable experience with intercompany structures revenue recognition and multi entity reporting.
* Proven capability in managing efficient and accurate month end processes.
* Must have hands on experience using MS Dynamics and be confident working within the system.
* Comfortable operating in a high growth tech driven environment.
* Strong communicator able to work across teams and explain financial information clearly.
* Proactive organised and able to deliver from day one with minimal onboarding.
* Immediate availability is essential.
