We are partnering on a search for a Director of Commercial Finance to join a high-growth, international business operating in a flexible, consumer-facing sector.

This is a critical leadership role, reporting directly to the Group CFO, with responsibility for driving financial performance, supporting business partnering across multiple divisions, and shaping strategy at a senior level.

The Opportunity

This is a genuinely high-impact role where you will:

• Not a BAU role
• Would suit somebody ready to step up to CFO level in the next 2-3 year
• Support and develop a team of Finance Business Partners across multiple business units
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency
• Own the budgeting and forecasting cycle, bringing greater rigour, accuracy, and insight
• Support strategic initiatives, investments, and long-term value creation
• Enhance reporting, systems, and data
• Play a key role in a business with strong investor backing and realistic growth plans

What We're Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven senior commercial finance experience
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders in busy environments
• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth businesses is advantageous
• Strong financial modelling, planning, and analytical capability
• Somebody who can build, challenge, and elevate a team
