AR/Credit controller (6 month FTC)

Altum Consulting an currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Credit Control Specialist to support Finance Manager and team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have strong AR, credit control, and reconciliation skills, with the ability to help refine processes and improve efficiency across the function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Finance Manager with day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities.
• Manage credit control, including chasing overdue payments and resolving queries.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate customer accounts.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
• Assist with month-end tasks and reporting as needed.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in AR and credit control.
• Strong reconciliation and process improvement skills.
• Confident communicator with good attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
