Job Title: Finance Manager

Reports to: Financial Controller

Location: London, UK

What you\'ll do:

As the Finance Manager you will supervise the accounting team with responsibility for the day-to-day accounting operations. You will ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely month-end and year-end close process in line with Group timetables
• Consolidation of 14 legal entities under IFRS
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the Group
• Preparation of weekly cashflow reporting for the Group
• Ownership of annual statutory accounts preparation and audit process across all jurisdictions (UK, Italy, Spain, USA, Canada)
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions
• Assist the Financial Controller with key strategic projects, including acquisitions
• Assist Head of Tax with tax compliance
• Play a key role in improving existing financial systems, processes, controls and reporting tools as the company grows
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Stay informed about relevant financial regulations and ensure compliance

Requirements

• Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong technical skills
• 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting roles in an international environment
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
• Organised and proactive
• Skilled in using automation and technology to optimise financial operations and reporting
• Be someone who enjoys managing others and developing individuals - a natural leader
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Be a \'self-starter\' with a natural desire and hunger to perform at a high standard
