Role Overview
We are currently supporting a global organisation undergoing significant transformation across its Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) landscape and are seeking an experienced GRC Consultant (LogicGate) to support a large-scale enterprise programme.
This role will focus on the evolution, optimisation and long-term strategic health of enterprise GRC processes, working closely with both business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, future-state solutions within the LogicGate platform.
The successful consultant will operate with a high degree of autonomy and will play a key role in driving process improvements across core governance and compliance functions including:
- Risk Management
- Regulatory Compliance
- Controls Compliance
- Policy Management
- Entity Management
- Internal Audit Management
This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, process analysis and technical capability, alongside experience working across distributed internal and third-party teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Audit and wider governance stakeholders to gather, validate and document business requirements.
- Analyse and document both "as-is" and "to-be" GRC business processes.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configurable LogicGate solutions.
- Support and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across LogicGate implementation workstreams.
- Maintain process documentation, workflows, governance artefacts and change logs within Jira and Confluence.
- Contribute to process optimisation initiatives aimed at improving controls, efficiency and data integrity.
- Work closely with technical and functional teams to support ongoing platform evolution and enhancement initiatives.
- Support application configuration activities and collaborate on underlying database-related tasks where required.
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience working with enterprise GRC platforms.
- Previous LogicGate implementation and configuration experience is highly desirable.
- Proven background delivering GRC-focused transformation or implementation programmes.
- Strong understanding of:
- Risk & Controls frameworks
- Compliance processes
- Governance operating models
- Control testing and optimisation
- Experience working closely with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The ideal person will combine strong functional GRC knowledge with technical delivery capability and stakeholder management experience. You will be comfortable leading conversations with both technical and non-technical teams while helping shape future-state governance and compliance processes.
