We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead the Group's financial planning, performance management, and strategic analysis across a portfolio of global luxury lifestyle brands. This role is central to supporting executive decision-making, driving financial discipline, and enhancing visibility on performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across all business units
- Develop robust, driver-based financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis
- Ensure alignment between financial plans and strategic priorities across brands and geographies
Performance Management
- Oversee monthly and quarterly performance reviews, providing clear insights on revenue, margins, and cost drivers
- Track key KPIs including occupancy, yield, pricing, and segment profitability
- Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actionable mitigation plans
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare high-quality materials for Board, shareholders, and lenders
- Translate complex financial data into clear, concise, and actionable insights
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial reporting across the Group
Data & Analytics
- Develop and enhance data-driven reporting capabilities across the FP&A function
- Leverage tools such as Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards and automate reporting
- Consolidate and analyse data from multiple systems and sources to generate actionable insights
- Improve data quality, accessibility, and consistency across the organization
Team Leadership
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing FP&A team
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business partnership
- Implement best practices, tools, and systems to enhance FP&A capabilities
Candidate Profile
- 10 years of experience in FP&A and Managerial Control
- Background in travel, hospitality, or transportation preferred
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an international organization
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Solid experience in data analytics, including Power BI or equivalent tools
- Proven ability to extract, structure, and analyse data from multiple sources
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
