Produce weekly working capital and management reports to support board-level insight
Maintain and oversee corporate entity accounting, including monthly variance analysis against budget
Review, investigate, and validate accruals and balances processed by shared service teams
Prepare monthly trial balances, balance sheet reviews, and profit and loss analysis for senior finance review
Maintain detailed understanding and ownership of balance sheet reconciliations, including settlement and unwind profiles
Calculate and process intercompany service fees
Play a key role in the annual budget and latest estimate cycles, including consolidation at group level
Prepare group management and shareholder reporting using consolidation tools and reporting systems
Post journals and reclassifications within the consolidation system and perform validation checks
Liaise with finance teams across multiple regions to ensure timely, accurate submission of financial packs
Support users with consolidation and ERP system queries, reducing reliance on external consultants
Assist with annual report schedules, IFRS-related initiatives, compliance projects, and ad hoc group finance activities
Propose and implement improvements to group reporting processes, financial controls, and data quality
Experience & Education
Educated with a Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Professional formal qualification is preferred (CA, CPA, RC etc)
Strong foundation in financial accounting and end-to-end finance processes
Exposure to group reporting or consolidation environments is advantageous but not essential
Experience with consolidation or ERP systems such as Tagetik or SAP is beneficial
Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability
High attention to detail and a consistent track record of meeting deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working across international teams
Proactive mindset with the ability to operate in a dynamic, technology-enabled environment
This role represents an excellent opportunity for a finance professional seeking to build or deepen their experience in group consolidation within a modern, international financial services organisation.
