We are partnering with a large international entertainment group to recruit a commercially minded Commercial Finance Manager.

The Opportunity

This is a broad, highly visible role offering genuine exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on business performance.

Working across a portfolio of international businesses, you will act as a key finance partner, providing meaningful insight, challenging performance and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Commercial Business Partnering: Work closely with international management teams to drive financial performance, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities for growth.

• FP&A and Strategic Planning: Lead and support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning across multiple operating businesses.

• Performance Analysis: Deliver insightful financial analysis, management reporting and KPI dashboards, identifying trends, risks and commercial opportunities.

• Senior Stakeholder Exposure: Prepare and present financial insights, performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.

• Commercial Decision Support: Evaluate revenue opportunities, commercial partnerships and new initiatives to support profitability and growth.

• Cash Flow and Financial Modelling: Own and develop financial models, support cash flow forecasting and provide analysis for senior management and lenders.

• Finance Transformation: Play an active role in improving reporting processes, enhancing financial systems and supporting the ongoing development of OneStream.

• M&A Integration: Support the financial integration of newly acquired businesses, helping to embed consistent reporting, planning and financial processes across the Group.

About You

We are looking for a commercially astute, analytical and proactive finance professional who enjoys working in a busy, pioneering environment.

You will ideally bring:

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), with approximately 2-5 years' post-qualified experience.

• Strong experience in commercial finance, FP&A or financial business partnering.

• Excellent financial modelling, analytical and forecasting capabilities.

• Confidence communicating financial information and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with OneStream, Power BI or similar reporting tools would be advantageous.

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

• An interest in working across international markets and collaborating with diverse business teams.

• Experience in entertainment, media, leisure, hospitality or another multi-site, consumer-facing business would be beneficial, although candidates from other commercially focused sectors are equally encouraged to apply.
