Senior Treasury Systems Analyst

I am currently representing my client on an exclusive basis to support their search for a Senior Treasury Systems Analyst based within their Amsterdam office.

The company is an award-winning, international and publicly listed investment firm who have seen excessive growth year on year.

This is a newly created role due to the growth of the Treasury department and will be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of Treasury, Finance Operations, Technology and process improvement. The role will support the continued development of treasury systems, automation, reporting, controls and operational scalability within a complex international investment environment.

The successful candidate will help drive treasury transformation initiatives, support system enhancements and implementations, improve data flows and controls, and act as a key link between business users, technology teams and external vendors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Supporting treasury systems and finance transformation projects
• Improving processes across cash management, liquidity, FX risk and treasury operations
• Gathering business requirements and coordinating testing for system enhancements
• Maintaining and improving treasury platforms, interfaces, data quality and controls
• Investigating system or process issues and working with internal teams or vendors to resolve them
• Supporting automation, workflow improvements and reporting enhancements
• Partnering with Treasury, Finance Operations, Technology, Compliance and investment teams on business-critical requests

Education & Experience

• 4 years of experience in Treasury, Treasury Operations or Treasury Systems
• Educated with a Bachelor or Masters degree
• Experience working within a financial services environment is desirable
• Proven experience working with TMS platforms, payment hubs and bank account management
• Confident working with BI/reporting tools, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate or similar workflow technologies
• Analytical and systems-minded whilst being process-driven
• Strong understanding of treasury operations and can translate business challenges into practical technology and process solutions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - fluency in English is essential
