Altum Consulting are working with an rapidly growing commercial property business to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst role based in Central London. This role is a 12-month FTC. Applying candidates must be on a short notice period.

Commercial Finance Analyst role:

Weekly and monthly reporting
Budgeting and forecasting
Business partnering with stakeholders
Liaising with budget owners
Variance analysis
Data and ad hoc analysis
Data improvements in finance system
Continuous process improvement

As a Commercial Finance Analyst you\'ll be/have:

Actively studying towards an Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA etc.)
Experience in a Finance Analyst role
Previous experience in property is ideal
Problem solving and process improvement mindset
Confident with excellent communication skills
Available on a short notice period
