Finance Process Manager (P2P)

Finance Process Manager (P2P) day rate, asap start, London.

Altum Consulting are recruiting for a highly detail orientated Finance Process Manager (P2P) to join a growing Technology business based in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic environment where processes are evolving and your impact will be visible from day one.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of procurement processes, with a strong focus on purchase order (PO) management and system governance within NetSuite.

Role:

• Review and validate Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate approvals
• Enter and manage POs within NetSuite, ensuring data integrity at all times
• Ensure correct project and cost centre coding for all POs
• Act as a gatekeeper for procurement processes, maintaining compliance with internal controls
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and Project teams to resolve discrepancies and queries
• Monitor and manage exceptions, proactively identifying and correcting errors
• Support process improvements within the P2P cycle to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Assist with reporting and analysis related to procurement and spend

You'll be/have:

• Extensive experience reviewing and processing Purchase Orders
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite (essential)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Strong understanding of financial controls and coding structures (e.g., project/cost centre coding)

• Ability to manage high volumes of transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders across the business
• Experience in a technology or high-growth business
• Exposure to process transformation or system optimisation initiatives
