Enterprise Risk Manager

About the Opportunity:

The client is an innovative, rapidly scaling technology company which is looking to bring in an impressive Enterprise Risk professional who enjoys a very fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to join an organisation at the start of an incredibly exciting journey.

The successful candidate will be helping to develop and embed the ERM framework, as well as leading enterprise-wide risk assessments, workshops, and horizon scanning across strategic, operational, financial, technology, and emerging risks.

You will also produce clear risk reports, dashboards, and papers for senior management, the Executive Committee, and the Board or Audit & Risk Committee.

A bit about you:

• You should have between 5-8 years of Enterprise Risk Management experience
• You have worked within a risk function, providing effective oversight while collaborating constructively with the business.
• You should be very comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• You have experience developing risk appetite statements, enterprise risk registers, and executive- or Board-level reporting.
• You can use data analytics and risk management or GRC tools to support reporting, assurance, and insight.
• You communicate clearly, exercise sound judgement, and build trusted relationships while constructively influencing stakeholders at all levels
• You will ideally have experience in a high-growth technology business
