Overview

We are supporting a major global organisation with a multi-year finance transformation programme. As part of this, we are seeking a Senior Change & Communications Manager to lead on the development of their global change roadmap, communications, training and adoption activity across multiple regions. This role requires someone experienced in large-scale, multi-country change delivery, with strong communication and digital content creation capabilities. The successful candidate will work as part of an established global change team and will shape and manage the change approach for a large-scale finance system rollout touching all global regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global change management planning, including readiness, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategy.
• Coordinate with regional teams to align change activities, ensuring effective delivery across Europe, APAC, North America, LATAM
• Drive consistent, high-quality communication across regions, creating clear digital materials, content, and messaging.
• Support the design and execution of training and transition activities.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to change and communications.
• Oversee the creation of user-facing content such as digital guides, video scripts, briefing packs, and adoption updates.
• Ensure messaging remains consistent and easy to understand across all markets.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and project teams to ensure a smooth and structured rollout.
• Contribute to planning for longer-term phases and future implementation waves.

Experience & Skills

• Significant experience delivering global change management for large, complex programmes.
• Strong capability in communication strategy and digital content creation.
• Confident working across multiple time zones with flexible hours when needed.
• Experience in finance transformations or shared service environments is an advantage.
• Fluent English essential; additional languages beneficial.
• Comfortable collaborating within a wider change team and coordinating cross-region activity.

Location & Contract Details

• Central Europe strongly preferred due to time-zone alignment and cost considerations.
• Inside IR35 engagement.
• Multi-year assignment (2026-2028 ).
