Senior FP&A Manager
Altum Consulting are supporting a global private equity owned media services brand to recruit a Senior FP&A Manager in the Netherlands based group team. This role requires strong experience in cash flow forecasting, analytics and data visualisation. This role requires proven experience in a private equity setting, leading cashflow process improvement projects from a group perspective and supporting optimisation across regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cash flow forecasting and analysis, working closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting of cash flow trends.
- Drive financial reporting and consolidation processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to provide actionable insights and drive strategic decisions based on cash flow and financial data.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and cash management decisions.
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise financial presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau and Power BI to enhance reporting capabilities and data visualization for management teams.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to cash flow processes, reporting efficiency, and data accuracy.
- Engage with various internal and external stakeholders to understand and resolve cash flow-related challenges.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a Group FP&A function, with significant exposure to cash flow management and financial forecasting.
- Proven track record of effectively partnering with business leaders to drive performance and reporting at a group level.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficient in using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data analysis and presentation.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a multinational corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and scenario analysis.
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial certification is a plus.
