Altum Consulting is partnering a boutique Change and Transformation Consultancy based in London. Their mission is to enable clients to accelerate business value through their people, delivering lasting transformation across a wide range of industries and companies. They operate at the core of their clients\' people strategies, covering a range of programmes from conduct and culture, to operating model & organisational design and cloud implementation.

The role

To support their growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager. This exciting opportunity will be focused on the delivery of client projects, defining and developing propositions, winning work and growing and developing the practice. They are looking for someone who is eager to join a small, collaborative team, is committed to deliver with excellence, and wants to be part of their exciting growth journey.

You will be a key member of the team, providing leadership for project teams, creating a climate of trust, and openness and ensuring each project delivers within scope, and to agreed commercial metrics. To be successful in this role, you will use your technical expertise, project management, problem solving and communication skills to become a trusted partner to their clients and deliver meaningful change.

About you

  • Experience in a Big 4 consulting firm for 5 years, within a longer and broader career in change management
  • Expert capability in operating model/org design, leadership development and culture change
  • Bring a passion and evidenced capability to develop and present business proposals to clients and grow and develop long-term commercial client relationships for the organisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to build trusted client relationships fast and at all levels, representing the consulting company with gravitas and capability.
  • Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
  • Ability to understand and assess complex issues and present solutions in in a clear, easy to understand way
  • A team player, a self-starter with a \'can do\' attitude and who understands that the best solutions come from collaborating internally and with the client
  • Strategic thinker who can deal well with ambiguity and influence and shape direction of stakeholders
