Insurance Claim Handler

Altum Consulting are working with a global professional body to recruit an interim Source to Pay (S2P) Consultant based in Central London. This role is hybrid working with 1 day a week in the office. This role will be for an initial 6 months and is likely to extend to 12 months or taken permanent. Applying candidates must be immediately available or on a short-notice period.

Source to Pay (S2P) Consultant role:

• Source to Pay for the Marketing division
• Reviewing contracts
• Initial point of contact for vendors and contract owners
• Entering all contracts into CMS
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Manage end of life/renewals and upcoming contract amendments
• Procurement and invoice management
• Raising purchase orders
• Liaising with the Accounts Payable team
• Liaising with the legal team
• Continuous process automation and improvement

For this Source to Pay (S2P) Consultant role you\'ll be/have:

• Technical experience with contract wording and reviewing
• Experience with a Contract Management system (ideally Clogix)
• Experience with an ERP system (ideally Netsuite)
• Strong knowledge of contracts and procurement
• Process improvement experience
• Confident with excellent communication skills
• Available immediately
