Head of Finance Business Partnering

Altum Consulting are working with a leading real estate business to recruit an Head of Finance Business Partnering based in City of London. This role will be for an initial 9-month FTC . Applying candidates must be on a short notice period.

Head of Finance Business Partnering role:

• Preparing annual budget
• Preparing long and short term forecasts
• Financial modelling and analysis
• Providing commercial decision support for high value projects
• Providing strategic support and financial direction to improve business performance
• Providing finance support for cost reduction or large capital programmes
• Working closely with Executives and managers, and liaising with key stakeholders to drive projects and performance
• Managing a small team
• Continuous process improvement

As an Head of Finance Business Partnering you\'ll be/have:

• A professional Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience working in the real estate industry (ideally with a REIT or SPV structure)
• Excellent communication skills
