The Business

A growing portfolio of consumer-facing sites, backed by private equity and led by an ambitious leadership team. The culture is busy, cooperative, and pioneering - you\'ll be working closely with operators at site level, and senior decision-makers at the centre.

The Role

This is a hands-on FC position, suited to someone who thrives in a small team and wants to be at the heart of a business. You\'ll be key to day-to-day financial operations, drive improvements to reporting and controls, and partner with non-finance colleagues across the business. From site-level performance to strategic planning with the CFO, you\'ll be involved in it all.

Ideal Candidate

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Background in a busy, multi-site consumer business (retail, hospitality, leisure, etc.)
• Commercially minded with strong core finance skills
• Effective communicator who enjoys building relationships across a business
• Ready for your first step into a Financial Controller position
