Key Responsibilities:

✔ Business Partnering: Support different teams with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
✔ Stakeholder Engagement: Explain complex financial data in a clear, impactful way to influence decision-making.
✔ Month-End & Financial Modelling: Support financial reporting and provide insightful analysis to drive performance.
✔ Internal Audit Projects: Work on implementing recommendations from internal audits to enhance financial governance and efficiency.

What We\'re Looking For:

✅ Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 3-4 years post-qualification experience.
✅ Exceptional Communication & Influence: Ability to build trust with senior non-finance stakeholders.
✅ Adaptability: Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
